Join us!Job Description:Interface with clients in order to structure, negotiate and close complex structured financing transactions that meet the client's financing objectives while achieving the optimal terms and conditions for the Bank. Interact directly with lawyers, accountants, appraisers and investors in order to structure terms and conditions. Coordinate activities amongst issuing clients and investor syndicates to ensure efficient transaction execution.Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

  • 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry with direct responsibility for originating, structuring, negotiating and closing complex structured financing transactions preferably in equipment finance and leasing industry.Preferred/Desired Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of leasing and secured lending products/solutions
    • Solid knowledge in tax accounting, financial accounting, asset valuation and commercial, tax and bankruptcy law
    • Exceptional analytical skills
    • Experience in financial analysis
    • Proven negotiation skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Effective presentation skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office software applications
    • Exhibit teamwork
    • Travel 20%Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceDesired Education: MBA, JD helpful.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
