_Job Description__Start Date: November 15, 2023__School Hours: 7:10a-2:20p (Mon-Fri following the school calendar) Off for all school breaks._The School Nurse will manage the school's health office to ensure optimum health and safety of students by providing immediate medical care and information to maximize health and wellness in the school community. In addition, this role will provide wellness support through individual education and resource development for students, employees and parents. The School Nurse will work with another LPN on site and collaborate with other Nurses within the district to maintain Quality Assurance._Qualifications_Registered Nurse in New York StateCPR/BLS CertifiedKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, administration, and external agencies to maximize performance, problem solving and achieve results.
