business results. Job TitleVP, Talent Acquisition Strategy &
OperationsOverviewThe VP of Talent Acquisition Strategy, and
Operations will lead an end-to-end transformation of Mastercard's
TA infrastructure, including attraction and recruitment strategy,
technology, capacity planning, funding model, metrics and
reporting, candidate engagement, RPO strategy and more. The role is
critical to ensuring the TA function is not only compliant, but
positioned for success in this growing, dynamic, and innovative
environment. The ideal candidate has experience driving TA
infrastructure transformation in large and complex matrixed
environments, with a track record of leveraging technology to drive
data-informed business and team operations, and to improve the
efficiency of the TA process. They will be able to balance big
picture thinking and execution with a record of driving meaningful
change and collaborating effectively across teams to design and
execute innovative and operational initiatives.Role * Partner with
TA leadership to create TA strategies and operations that drive
organizational maturity and support long- and short-term business
strategies for Mastercard globally* Develop and oversee change
management plans to support the TA transformation* Bring an
understanding of trends in the external market, identifying and
implementing technology and infrastructure that can improve the
experience, drive efficiency, modernize & improve process, and
support metrics and reporting* Implement, manage, and track TA KPIs
to encourage data-driven decisions, incorporating qualitative and
quantitative feedback from surveys, interviews, and other sources
into creating effective TA programs & processes. Partner closely
with workforce analytics team on end-to-end reporting and
implementing dashboards.* Design & implement a sustainable TA
funding model & manage the TA budget (in partnership w/ Finance) *
Partner with the workforce analytics team to create and deliver an
approach to workforce planning* Lead and manage TA operations end
to end including TA process, candidate experience, governance, and
oversee and manage audits to resolution* Lead the establishment of
TA team priorities in alignment with Talent COE & broader People
Strategy priority areas. Ensures proper execution of the priorities
and initiatives by managing an integrated workplan/ calendar,
resource allocation and prioritization, and governance (i.e.
Quarterly Business Reviews, TA Steerco meetings). Partner closely
with the Talent COE teams on multiple initiatives.* Manages the TA
team meetings cadence, engagement forums (from Leadership team
meetings to all TA hands), communications and knowledge sharing
platforms All About You The successful candidate will have:
Experience driving TA transformation and implementing TA
infrastructure Experience identifying, evaluating, and ultimately
introducing more effective TA processes, platforms, and
technologies Experiencing influencing behavior and socializing a TA
transformation agenda to gain buy-in, with strong storytelling and
presentation skills Experience in a large, fast paced, global,
matrixed corporate environment Experience managing multiyear
initiatives and budgets Strong program and project management
skills. Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities Ability
to connect dots and drive collaboration across teams Demonstrate
ability to both look and create the larger picture and drive
