the primary relationship/program(s) owner for an extensive
portfolio of DEI partnerships focused on talent across all
demographics. This position will report to the Global Head of DEI
Talent Acquisition. You will:-Have a proven track record shaping
and executing a DEI TA strategy to drives measurable results. -
Work with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize key
organizational DEI TA needs.- Provide support to our Talent
Acquisition team regarding partnership engagement, events to build
a pipeline of top diverse talent.-Continuously evaluate/ recommend
new potential partnerships in addition to maximizing current
relationships. -Manage/leverage our internal ambassadors and
Business Resource Groups to promote our executive career
opportunities.- Provide thought leadership/content with respect to
networking events.- Recommend and lead projects which integrate DEI
best practices into the end-to-end talent acquisition process. -
Leverage marketing to promote our brand on all relevant social
media/recruitment outreach channels. - Build communication strategy
with diverse talent leveraging our marketing team.- Develop a
strong network of diverse talent relevant to our business needs.-
Measure all DEI activities against key performance indicators
related to building DEI awareness, prospect/candidate experience,
candidate engagement and conversion ratesAll About You: Ability to
turn strategy into impact. Have an inclusive mindset and highly
collaborative. Agility and adaptability with the approach, through
regular reviews and focus on continually evolving needs. Experience
driving change supported through analytics. Skilled at
multi-tasking, prioritizing, and consensus building. BA/BS
required.Location: St. Louis/PurchaseCOVID-19 Considerations We
