By building a collaborative culture that allows all practice members to contribute their unique talents and skills, we are able to provide our clients with distinct perspectives to help them achieve their goals while acting as fee based advisors.Key Responsibilities:Provide top quality service to clients with mentoring from practice partnersServe as primary advisor contact for assigned clients to provide advice / develop additional pipeline of new clients through mentorship and strategies developed by senior partnersPrepare quality analytical reports using various software programsPrioritize and organize workflow and collaborate all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts utilizing CRM toolSocial media and marketing program developmentPrepare key documents including client reports and presentations; new account documents and various other items for client meetingsConduct mutual fund, ETF and separate account manager (SMA) research and due diligence for investment opportunitiesCoordinate with Senior Advisors to determine client strategy and financial plan developmentQualifications:Wealth management / Investment industry experienceMinimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degreePrevious work experience, including internships involving client service or financial analysis is preferred.Series 7 required and Series 65/66 a plusMust be a team player: proactive, positive, problem-solving disposition, seeking growth and opportunities for advancementPossess a high degree of proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonalAbility to work in a fast paced, high energy environment with attention to detail, and ability to meet designated deadlines
