scientists in ELEVATING SCIENCE.Position Summary:The treasury
accountant will be responsible for managing and reporting financial
transactions related to month end processes, audits, foreign
currency management, and timely recording & reconciliation. The
treasury accountant will support the growth of BioIVT through
financial integrations, forecasting, and collaboration in
cross-functional teams to identify and resolve roadblocks. The
position is responsible for executing initiatives that are a part
of BioIVT's strategic roadmap while working in a high-performing
team.Responsibilities:Responsible for accurately recording BioIVT's
activities related to cash transactions, debt, interest, and
overseeing cash accountsPrepare weekly 13 week Global cash
forecastDevelop and maintain intercompany loan documentation and
interest calculationsMonitor daily cash balances and determine cash
requirements neededMaintain records of authorized signors for
purposes of FBAR and other reporting needsAssist with cash and
liquidity management, cash positioning, forecasting, and
reportingAssist with cash accounts and ensuring proper recording
and reconciling of bank statements against the GL on a timely
basisManage and report on the foreign currency exposure of the
organizationDraw insights to recommend changes that will maximize
revenue and profitDevelop intercompany loan payback application
processFollow up on any financial proceedings and ensure tasks are
completed on schedulePerform ad hoc analysis on reconciling items,
working with other areas of the company to identify and resolve
issuesQualifications:BSc. In Accounting, or in another relevant
field5+ years of progressively complex roles in accounting and cash
managementExperience in banking and capital markets,
preferredAbility to assign responsibilities and manage a team
effectivelyAbility to support additional departmental initiatives,
ongoing projects, and work in cross-functional teamsComfortable in
a rapidly growing environment, supporting the integration of new
acquisitionsProficient communication skills for collaboration with
management and staffAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong
