Job Description:
Job Description: Vice President, Financial Crime Controls at
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLCDevelop, recommend, and implement processes
and controls to ensure firm and business unit compliance with
anti-money laundering rules and regulations. Key member of the
Financial Crime Compliance Transaction Monitoring team, engaged in
monitoring and overseeing testing of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money
Laundering rules to effectively fight financial crime. Provide
guidance on compliance issues to relevant teams and ensure data
governance standards are upheld. Drive initiatives to improve data
quality, KPIs, and track/report activities of the analytical team.
Collaborate with Investigation teams to identify issues and
optimize surveillance to mitigate risks. Work with large data
volumes, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis using MS
Excel, Tableau, and other dashboards. Perform BAU due diligence on
monthly payment activities to identify gaps and red flags, and
develop remediations. Draft investigative reports on suspicious
activities. Build and maintain partnerships across teams such as
Engineering, Data Platforms, and Investigations.Job
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Management, or a related field,
with five (5) years of experience in a similar Financial Crime
Controls role, or a Master's degree in the same fields with two (2)
years of experience. Experience must include implementing
standards, procedures, and rules per BSA/AML laws, identifying red
flags, analyzing large data sets with dashboards like Tableau and
SQL, understanding transactional data, documentation, and testing
to improve KPIs.Salary RangeAnnual base salary: $160,000 -
