impact? About The Role The Global Insurance Services Practice is
looking for Life Actuaries with 6 years of experience. As a
Director, you will be responsible for delivering actuarial services
to a variety of insurance companies, corporate entities, and/or law
firm clients. What You’ll Do Take a leadership role in client
engagements to include pricing, reserving (including Statement of
Actuarial Opinion work), due diligence, development of rating
models, predictive modeling, internal controls assessments, and
litigation support Interact confidently and professionally with FTI
and client personnel throughout various engagements Assist with the
development of proposals and participate in other business
development initiatives Oversee staff in execution of actuarial

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Fellow or
Associate of the Society of Actuaries 6 years of relevant
post-graduate professional experience Expertise in Microsoft Office
products Strong time management skills Ability to travel to clients
and FTI office(s) as needed Preferred Qualifications 3 years of
consulting experience Relevant life insurance or annuity experience
in pricing, valuation, and/or reinsurance Demonstrated ability to
interface with team members and client personnel in demanding,
deadline-driven situations Demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with
predictive modeling tools and languages, and actuarial modeling
