Solutions has partnered with a growing order-to-cash and logistics
support organization is seeking a Collections & Deduction
Representative to manage accounts receivable for multiple mid-size
accounts. This role focuses on reducing open AR, resolving payment
delays, researching shortage deductions, and supporting the filing
of payback claims. The ideal candidate excels in communication,
problem-solving, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced
environment. Collections & Deductions Representative (Hybrid |
$20-$25/hr) Key Responsibilities Manage and collect open accounts
receivable (AR) for several mid-size accounts. Reduce outstanding
AR balances through proactive follow-up and issue resolution.
Partner with internal sales leads to reconcile open AR with key
customers. Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and
payment discrepancies. Resolve collection-related issues with
clients and internal teams. Research shortage deductions and
prepare appropriate payback/claim documentation. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Business preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management or
accounting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Ability to
effectively balance client needs while supporting organizational
goals. Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients,
retailers, internal teams). Strong organizational skills with the
ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work
collaboratively with internal and external partners. Work
Environment Hybrid schedule (minimal travel as needed). Equal
