Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance,
economics, statistics, a quantitative field, or equivalent
practical experience. 4 years of experience in financial planning
and analysis, consulting, a related function, or an advanced
degree. Preferred qualifications: Experience partnering with senior
leadership and driving impact. Experience with SQL or programming.
Experience working with datasets and coding languages, database,
automation, or business intelligence (e.g., SQL, Python, R,
JavaScript, Python, Tableu, Looker, etc.). Ability to work with
ambiguity. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced evolving

advisor to the business. The US base salary range for this
full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams and sales
leaders to understand drivers of business performance and provide
clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and
opportunities. Lead decision making on investment strategies for
products, identification of key market drivers for business
generation and business profitability, and resource allocation.
Interact with other finance, operations, and business intelligence
teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data
consistency and efficiency to drive scalable analyses, tools and
insights. Manage and assist with various ad hoc projects.
