Oakridge Staffing is seeking to hire an -Office Coordinator to join a growing Technology staffing firm based in Westchester County, NY.

As the Office Coordinator you will be a key member of our team providing exceptional administrative support to our team members, executing on day-to-day operational tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with solid judgment and discretion is critical.
Being flexible and adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and proactively identify/resolve problems in a timely manner.
Past experience with prioritizing multiple competing projects.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
The Office Coordinator's primary responsibility will be processing daily administrative/accounting transactions which includes:
Payroll (entering new hires, managing timesheets, interacting with consultants and clients).
Accounts Receivable (prepare client invoicing and following up on client payments).
Accounts Payable (process vendor payments and reconcile balances owed).
Support Managing Partners and Senior Recruiting Teams to create efficiencies in new hire process (send out offer letters and obtain documentation needed to onboard)
Administer, maintain, and update employment-related documentation of new hires (e.g., I-9s, tax forms, background checks employment references and etc.)
Assist in managing job postings on companies' website and employment sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, eFinancial and more).
Serve as the office's social media platforms coordinator; and identify social media content for weekly review.
Plan, compose, research, analyze and coordinate special projects and follow-up as needed.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency Microsoft Office (Primarily Excel and Outlook)
Some exposure to CRM systems, Databases and/or various job sites (Indeed, LinkedIn) @ plus!
