We're looking for smart, talented marketing coordinators who can get into the minds of our target audiences and thrive at crafting messaging that resonates with and motivates them.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be helping build a breakthrough brand identity that is in line with the growth of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing design and strategy and driving all aspects of brand concepts through the delivery of design assets.
Our ideal candidate is Bilingual ( English/Spanish) has a background in Healthcare, Homecare, or Staffing related marketing projects, is detail-oriented, self-motivated with excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.   • Build, manage and scale high-performing campaigns across various channels including Google Search/Display, Facebook, Instagram, and others
  • Develop and implement an A/B testing roadmap to continuously improve ROI and reduce costs Identify, test, and scale new channels for acquisition and brand awareness objectives
  • Leverage performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement across digital channels and campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to create compelling creatives and relevant value propositionsYou Have:
    • Relevant digital marketing and design experience
    • A proven track record of playing both a leadership and supporting role in shipping great products to customers - from inception to launch.
    • Been a key influencer within a company in terms of providing design vision, taking on challenges, and using effective communication to inspire.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Experience managing a large acquisition budget across multiple paid channels
    • Experience developing and executing A/B testing strategiesBenefits:
