Our growth has created an immediate need for a motivated Marketing Coordinator for our dynamic marketing group in our Syosset, LI Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track online contract opportunities (i.e., RFPs, RFQs, SOQs, LOIs, EOIs, etc.) for potential leads and collaboration with clients
• Maintain marketing database(s) and day-to-day electronic (and hard) file organization
• Events - attendee coordination and planning
• Other administrative duties as assigned
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • High attention to detail; excellent organization and time management skills
  • Experience with Deltek software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures preferred
