and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally.
Marketing Services is the team within D&S that develops and
executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their

marketing?RoleThe Senior Specialist, Merchant Marketing Services
Product position will develop and bring to market Marketing
Products and Services that serve the Merchant segment. It will own
and manage the Marketing Services product suite designed for
Merchants. Its goal is to help our clients acquire new customers
and grow their relationship with existing customers. This position
works closely with sales teams as the SME on Marketing Services
products and services. In addition, will work with internal teams
at Mastercard to ensure marketing campaigns are executed at a high
level. In this role you will Leverage, interpret, and analyze data
and insights (internally and externally) to plan multi-channel
marketing initiatives Partner with our Client Services group (who
is responsible for delivery of our products and services) on ways
to improve and enhance their working environment Drive innovation
by helping identify new marketing solutions that leverage
Mastercard's data, technology, and brand Work closely with sales
teams to contribute to proposals, learn from client engagements,
and ensure that solutions are commercially viable Contribute to
pilots in expansion areas for Marketing Services, analyze
performance and provide recommendation for go-forward plan Keep
finger on pulse of competitive offerings to compile a client facing
narrative on our areas of differentiation Develops day to day
working relationship with internal and external stakeholders,
owning a feedback loop to constantly improve our offerings and
develop Case Studies and other Thought Leadership that positions
Mastercard as a leader in the marketplace Contribute effectively to
proposal preparation Identify client challenges and bring ideas on
opportunities to leverage Mastercard capabilities to the attention
of senior Mastercard staffAll About You Prior experience in any of
the following areas: Marketing, Media / Agency, Campaign /
Marketing Analytics, Product Management, and / or Consulting
Preference for digital campaign experience preferred (any of:
Social, SMS, Content, Email); direct mail and other channels
strongly desired Experience influencing clients using your subject
matter knowledge Analytically curious to uncover data driven
insights High attention to detail and proven ability to manage
multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Problem solver with a
desire to build products or solutions, bringing ideas to life
Understanding of metrics that will define the success or failure of
our ideas; ability to use quantitative and qualitative data
Willingness to engage directly with clients through collaboration
with sales teams Strong Business Acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly flexible to
support as key Mastercard initiatives evolve Excellent verbal and

suite Comfortable with travel (no more than 10% expected) BA
