Job Description:
Description Responsible for maintaining the organization's
facilities and equipment including a variety of related duties.
Principal Accountabilities: 1. Performs repair, maintenance and
inspections on off-site facility equipment including minor
plumbing, electrical, heating/AC, paint and wallboard repair and
any general maintenance needs as required 2. Responsible for
completing work orders to document work completed, parts used and
par levels maintained 3. Works with the Coordinator to prioritize
work requests based on immediate needs and schedule 4. Other
relevant duties as assigned Qualifications Required: 1.High School
Diploma 2.Four (4) years general maintenance experience in a
healthcare environment preferred ? 3.Candidate should be
experienced with use of tools and equipment Preferred: 1. Familiar
with general building and maintenance techniques. 2. A valid New
Jersey driver s license.
