Marshall & Sterling Insurance, a prestigious and long-standing leader in the insurance industry since 1864, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Client Service Specialist to enhance our customer service and client relations team. This position is critical in ensuring that our clientele receive outstanding service and support in managing their insurance needs. You will assist in delivering comprehensive risk management solutions and support to both individual and business clients, helping to maintain and grow our reputation as a trusted insurance provider. Assist with daily customer service operations including answering calls, responding to emails, and processing client requests. Support senior client specialists in developing and maintaining client relationships. Help in the preparation and administration of insurance documents and correspondence. Ensure accurate and timely communications between clients and service providers. Contribute to the resolution of client inquiries and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible. Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information to clients and effectively suggest additional products or services that meet their needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Keen attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications Knowledge of CRM software is a plus Basic understanding of the insurance industry and its products Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent preferred Any relevant industry-specific certification is a plus
