Job Description:

Clinical Instructors provide a systematic process for the assessment, development, and evaluation of the organization's health care staff which in turn allows the health care staff to deliver excellent patient care Responsibilities Include: Provide on-going education of the health care staff to the organization's philosophy, goals, policies, procedures, role expectations, and other functions needed to perform in the specific work setting. Ensure adherence to center's policies, procedures and guidelines. Participate in the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activities associated with comprehensive unit-based and hospital-wide nursing educational needs. Responsible for planning, delegating and coordinating the provision of nursing care via the nursing process for the assigned patients. Assess and plan for patient, family, significant other's educational needs and plans. Implements and evaluates knowledge gained through educational efforts. Requirements: Must have Masters in Nursing (MSN) RN license required Previous teaching/instructor experience required At least 5 years experience of inpatient psych nursing required_Please note- The annual base salary range is $110k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
