Job Description Job Description Job Description: Bailey Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Wall Township, NJ location. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. Summary: For over 35 years, Bailey Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has worked diligently to meet the changing air conditioning and plumbing needs of homeowners and businesses throughout Central New Jersey. Bailey partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company. Responsibilities: Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location. Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles. Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required EPA – Universal Certification preferred Valid driver’s license / clean driving record OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds 2-5 years of HVAC Experience Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer focused Problem-solving skills What can we offer you? This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
