Position Summary: We’re hiring a Level 4 Commercial HVAC Technician — a top-level field leader who can diagnose, fix, and drive outcomes without being told twice. You’ll lead high-priority service work across hoods, duct systems, rooftop ventilation, and control systems, while mentoring techs in the field and enforcing the standard from rooftop to ground. You’re the one the team looks to when the work gets tough — not the one who disappears. What You’ll Do: Lead hands-on service work across hoods, fans, ductwork, curb systems, and control systems Diagnose advanced airflow, mechanical, and electrical problems Identify and document IMC code deficiencies and system risks Train, mentor, and correct Level 1–3 techs in the field Maintain full accountability for truck, tools, paperwork, and safety Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and leadership What You’ll Bring: 7 years of commercial HVAC or ventilation field service experience Expert-level troubleshooting and repair skills across mechanical, airflow, and electrical systems Strong knowledge of ventilation-related IMC code sections EPA 608 Universal Certification A proven track record of leadership — in work ethic, skill, and attitude Ability to lead from the front — solving problems without excuses or shortcuts Pay & Benefits: $39–$45/hour based on leadership, technical ability, and consistency Health Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Holidays PTO Growth-track leadership opportunities as the company expands Small-team culture where your work is seen, respected, and expected to be top tier Physical Requirements & Work Environment: This is a 100% hands-on field role. Expect multi-story rooftops (including steep pitches), attic crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor service in heat, cold, rain, and wind.
