beyond? What You Will Do: The CTS engineer works directly with
airline customers and engine overhaul facilities and teams up with
their respective disciplines to: Understand and implement
corrective action for engine related in-service events and hardware
issues identified during overhaul. Support MROs to resolve
work-stops during teardown and reassembly of engines. Support
Airlines to resolve Aircrafts on the Ground (AOGs) and coordinate
resolution of service issues. Initiate technical data development
of documentation for engine/module piece part inspection and for
Engine Manuals (EM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).
Coordinate with the technical publication organization (MDE) and
provide direction for all technical publications’ issues related to
their hardware. Interface with Airbus by providing design,
operation, maintenance, and customer service data. Coordinate
resolution on hardware investigations (CPRs – Customer Part
Returns) and on Quality Notifications (QNs) Qualifications You Must
Have: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5
years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related
field and minimum 3 years experience U.S Person or eligible to
obtain necessary export authorizations required. Qualifications We

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as
they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates
will learn more about role type and current site status throughout
the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to
and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal
responsibility. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure
hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of
the interview process in-person at one of our office locations,
regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or
remote. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role,
function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
