JOB SUMMARY A Corporate Support Manager I is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of and reporting on assigned work groups for Corporate Support including; Mobile Phones Management, Corporate Credit Card Program, Corporate Donations processing and the Billing Unit. Collaborates with counterpart in the West Region on process improvements, cost savings and customer service delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Oversees the daily operation of assigned work groups and provides support in addressing staffing concerns, work assignment and problem resolution.
  • Ensures that risk related responsibilities are in compliance with Bank policy and department procedures.
  • Drives process improvements, cost saving initiatives and raises the bar on customer service delivery across Corporate Support disciplines.
  • Makes recommendations for changes of systems, policies, and procedures within the Corporate Support Division.
  • Ensures that Corporate Support staff are cross-trained in critical areas of the operation to mitigate potential risk to the Bank.
  • Actively participates in annual budget development and makes recommendations based on area manager's input.
  • Monitors spend in assigned areas and reports variances to Director on a routine basis.
  • Ensures staff members remain current on Bank policy and department procedures.
  • Collaborates with peers on process improvements across all Corporate Support disciplines.
  • Delivers reporting that measures performance against operational goals and objectives as requested.
  • Develops, coaches, and mentors direct reports, and re-aligns resources for optimum productivity.
  • Administers personnel related matters including staffing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action and terminations. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
    • Manage special projects, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as required.
    • Where applicable and when performing the responsibilities of the job, employees are accountable to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and adhere to internal control policies and procedures. Job Requirements:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Some college required. Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in office management in a financial institution. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
        • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
        • Strong project and staff management skills.
        • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments for a work group.
        • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
        • Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
        • Ability to train, lead and motivate staff.
