Position Summary:
The Creative Manager wears many hats, but the main areas of focus and oversight are creative operations, creative asset production, and branding. The position plays an integral role in telling the stories behind our products and services and building the Baldor brand. The Creative Manager develops communication strategies, creative assets, and sales collateral that promote the company and support sales activities that tie directly to the company's bottom line.
Position Summary:
Project manage all facets of creative development from strategy and production, through to delivery and execution for a variety of internal- and external- facing marketing initiatives including website design, digital marketing campaigns and assets, print materials, collateral, truck design, and more.
Ensure that creative team and all team members maintain integrity of visual brand identity
Lead the evolution of the brand's visual identity
Lead ideation sessions to develop new and strategic creative solutions
Implement and support change management of new creative services, processes, and tools with business and creative team counterparts
Continuously maintain and update Creative Services status report
Manage the day-to-day workflow of the creative team members
Manage responsible elements of overarching project timelines through collaboration with all team members and proactive and clear communication and coordination with key stakeholders and project teams
Manage incoming creative briefs and ensure project specs are communicated to the creative team
Organize, plan, and assist with the execution of photoshoots & video shoots
Manage and support creative team and photographer where needed
Organize and plan weekly creative status meetings to maintain efficient coordination of projects
Partner with other marketing managers to action process improvements and ensure cross-functional alignment
Work with the Events & Partnerships team and external brand partners to concept, create, and produce designs, signage,
Thoroughly review and gather all pertinent information for project requests and develop schedules for execution where needed.

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative, communications, or similar field
3+ years in art direction and managing and developing a creative team including freelancers
Must possess a deep understanding in related creative tracks: design, interactive development, copy writing and content strategy.
Excellent writing skills
Video production experience a plus
Background or interest in food and farms a plus
Ability to manage details of multiple projects in a dynamic work environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Disciplined self-starter with ability to manage busy scheduling requirements
Strong graphic design background with proficiency in all widely used design software programs
