MVP focuses on prevention and healing lower extremity wounds and ensuring each patient's vascular disease is managed properly so they can maintain or improve their overall health and avoid hospitalization and irreversible disease. Our highly skilled clinicians are widely recognized in their field for their endovascular expertise. They provide compassionate and evidence-based care to long-term care residents as well as outpatients. What You Will Do

  • Manage existing portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Onboard new facilities with the group
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customer's individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Identify potential new clients and business opportunities
  • Reach out to customer leads and follow up with meetings
  • Coordinate sales effort with Business Development
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on the status of accounts
  • Meet with established clients on a regular basis as well as attend quarterly meetings
  • Attend tradeshows and networking events
  • Works under the direction of the Executive Account Manager
    What We Need in You
    • Proven work experience in Account Management or Sales
    • Travel to New York clients is a necessity
    • Understanding of client needs
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
    • The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
    • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Business acumen with problem solving attitude
    • Experience in the long-term care health industry a plus
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
