Job Description Hard working, career-minded motivated person wanted for Assistant General Manager position of Long Island's most exciting and dynamic indoor multisport facility. Responsibilities include administration of all programming, help run lacrosse programs, staff management and general oversight of the entire facility. Experience in facility management and sports background a definite positive. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $35,000-$40,000 plus commission incentives based on experience. Required Skills and Experience; 3-5 Years Supervisor/Management Role in a related field mandatory Associate Degree, BA/BS Preferred Outgoing Personality Desire to run programming/create new programs Admin: Sales, Scheduling, Billing, Registrations Ability to coach and develop staff Knowledge in lacrosse Plan and organize job tasks for supplemental staff necessary to run a successful facility Community Outreach/Ability to showcase the facility Big Personality A PLUS Salary Range $35,000-$40,000 Commission Incentives Health Benefits Not Included Flexible Work Schedule (Willingness to work weekends/evenings) Resumes Accepted Via Email/Indeed Only Position Available ASAP Accepted Candidates Will be asked in for first round of interviews or group interview Second Round of Interview for top performing candidates, at which point references will be required.
