IntelligenceThe Cyber and Intelligence (C&I) team is
responsible for the development of security solutions focused on
minimizing risk in the digital ecosystem, including mitigating
payment fraud risk across all rails while optimizing the customer
experience. Solutions apply to all aspects of the transaction
lifecycle as well as identity solutions across the digital
ecosystem We are looking for a product development leader who has
deep expertise in data science technology, strategy and development
to drive strategic efforts around the management of data science
requirements and data science development efforts across C&I
product verticals and acquisitions. The role will evaluate and
track data science and modeling roadmaps across C&I,
identifying opportunities for synergies. Key responsibilities
include driving collaborative design strategies for model
management and deployment and will evaluate data requirements and
technology design recommendations to support all current and future
state C&I data science needs. Are you capable of managing

payments? Role: Drive large, complex global and regional
data-driven product development efforts as a liaison between
product, technology, and cross C&I data science teams. Manage
efforts tied to ongoing proactive enhancements of existing product
suites such as Smart Authentication, Decision Intelligence, Safety
Net, as well as new strategic fraud and network intelligence
products in support of global and regional market dynamics. Be a
proponent of C&I data science efforts by working closely and
iteratively with C&I product management platform architecture
and data science teams on definition and execution of data and
analytics strategy to ensure data and technology capabilities
correspond closely to the data science objectives. Collaborate with
acquisition partners to support innovation and drive the 'Connected
Intelligence' strategy Drive road mapping and prioritization
efforts for all modeling and data science work which includes
product verticals and acquisitions Develop partnerships and
knowledge sharing with other fraud analytics team/experts within
MasterCard, including C&I as well as New Networks, New Payment
Flows and Digital Payments teams. Communicate data science strategy
and tech r requirements to all levels of management within C&I
and cross-functionally within MasterCard. Provide the leadership to
bring together business, infrastructure, and data requirements into
a single view of solutions options and recommendations Understand
and manage stakeholder expectations at a senior and executive
level. Provide clear choices and recommendations that enable both
business and data science decision making. Provide credible
technical knowledge and insight to stakeholders May be responsible
for delivering presentations to key external stakeholders and
customers Through close partnership with Product and Strategy,
understand and anticipate business needs and provide leadership and
influence in the 'art of the possible'.All About You: M.S. degree
(Ph.D. helpful) in quantitative disciplines such as machine
learning, data science, or statistics; or equivalent industrial
experience Experience using the CRoss Industry Standard Process for
Data Mining (CRISP-DM) engagement model. Experience in managing and
overlaying roadmaps for products, technology, and/or data science.
Comprehensive and proven problem-solving skills Demonstrated
expertise in the large-scale, high-performance data science efforts
that operate in a real time environment Demonstrated success
managing the model development pipeline and managing resource
distribution appropriately Strong communication skills with a
demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex topics to senior
management, as well as dive deep as needed with other internal and
industry experts Experience in leading and mentoring a team Some
domestic travel needed (10-20%)COVID-19 Considerations We value the
