Reporting, Process and ControlsOverview:The Manager, ESG Reporting,
Process and Controls will be a key member of Mastercard's (the
"Company") Controllership function and will report to the VP, ESG
Reporting, Process and Controls. In this role, you will be part of
a team responsible for ensuring reporting integrity over ESG data
and metrics. You will engage with the Company's Sustainability
group to support reporting strategy development, initiatives,
commitments and KPIs that measure the Company's progress towards
its ESG goals. You will serve as a liaison between Controllership,
Sustainability, Strategy, Enterprise Risk Management, Investor
Relations and various other business functions to provide guidance
and validation support to advance the Company's ESG strategy while
delivering rigorous, timely and accurate reporting.Role: Support
the team in establishing and maintaining reporting roadmap,
governance framework, metrics and disclosure for internal and
external commitments aligning with our ESG corporate strategy that
will drive timely and accurate ESG reporting Create project plans
and assist in the ongoing monitoring of developed infrastructure
Work with key internal cross-functional stakeholders to design and
implement processes, controls and systems to support data
governance, metrics and KPIs Enhance documentation and improve
disclosure materials while providing Controllership oversight of
key ESG reporting deliverables (e.g. Sustainability Report,
Sustainable Bond Use of Proceeds Report, Board reporting, etc.) in
coordination with relevant teams Coordinate sourcing and validation
of ESG data and content for reporting Conduct ESG analyses,
benchmarking, and develop recommendations for further action
Represent the Company in the ESG field to build relationships and
raising profile with external stakeholdersAll About You: Bachelors'
degree, experience in environment management, sustainability or
related field a plus Strong knowledge and proven experience with
relevant ESG standards and reporting frameworks (e.g. SASB, GRI,
TCFD, IIRC, SDGs, SEC, etc.) is ideal but not required Strong
process and controls mindset, with relevant experience in public
accounting and/or multinational corporation compliance function
Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate
with different individuals across the organization to influence,
train, mentor and leverage the skills of others to achieve
objectives Ability to develop and implement strategy to meet
corporate objectives and provide insights to internal stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal
skills with emphasis on building strong, long-term relationships
worldwide across varying geographies and functions Proficiency with
researching regulatory literature, market trends, and benchmarking
