Job TitleDirector, Product IntegrationOverviewThe Global Product Integration (GPI) team is a global team within the Customer Delivery organization.With a focus on new technology, products and services, the Global Product Integration team collaborates with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to efficiently and effectively deploy solutions with speed, quality and predictability. GPI is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip Customer Delivery to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to BAU. Role & responsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be accountable for supporting regional market rollouts and documenting the customer implementation and testing processes for new or significantly enhanced Mastercard products and services in the MDES and SRC space. o Supports strategic product integration efforts through the global Studio Product Onboarding process in partnership with the global product owners, technology teams, and other stakeholderso Proactively articulates delivery implementation requirements and partners with global product owners & executives of the products to achieve consistent, efficient, flawless, fast, and light customer touch onboarding.o Partner with the global product owners to understand product/enhancement requirements. o Partner with the global product owners to identify and document test cases and tools to be used by Customers for testing activities.o Own the development of global product delivery guides to consistently implement assigned products at scale with speed, quality, and predictabilityo Partner with regional delivery teams to provide them with the knowledge, support, tools, processes, and documentation necessary to perform their job functions with efficiency and effectivenesso Conduct implementation and testing training sessions for Customer Delivery to equip resources with the information and tools needed to support customer projectsAll About Youo Understanding of the payment ecosystem and value chain and strong knowledge of Mastercard's systems and infrastructureo Experience with MDES and SRC preferredo Demonstrated success in leading complex product implementations globally and driving the design of scalable guideso Track record in global project management and thought leadershipo Experience delivering presentations that require critical decision-making from senior leadershipo Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify, and articulate complex business and technical challenges/solutionso Ability to quickly analyze and design efficiencies into new and existing solutionso Analytical and problem-solving skills (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control)o Ability to build strong working relationships and to interact well with the customer, internal, and/or external business partners, and with varying levels of managemento Must be high-energy, comfortable with uncertainty, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlineso Ability to lead, negotiate, and drive change in a technical work environmento Team player with a willingness to share and transfer knowledgeo Familiarity Mastercard test tools and REST clients, and API standards (REST, JSON, XML)o Ability to understand, apply and communicate platform and API features and capabilities, as well as understand web services technologies in a SaaS environmento Ability to quickly identify and recommend practical guidance during technical Q&A sessionso Experience in customer delivery or testing processes or quality analysis/assuranceo Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a technical and teaching environmento Self-starter with ability to work independently or with a team, and to work flexible hours as needed to support global delivery teamso Language skills a plus, will be working with regional teamsCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we're all in this together.
