With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all.OverviewOpen Banking is a worldwide phenomenon, that has been accelerating in many markets driven by the commercial opportunities it presents for banks and Fintechs. Mastercard has built an initial suite of Open Banking Solutions and is now in the process of bringing them to market, commercializing and enhancing them, predominantly to date in Europe. However, of recent we have acquired Finicity that will help advance our overall strategy in the US and other key markets. This new role will be pivotal in driving Mastercard's ambitious international expansion plans. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing the appropriate strategy for establishing Mastercard's open banking solutions in key markets. The individual will be an expert on the relevant features, benefits, and the needs of current and future customers. The individual will also be a key member of the Mastercard Open Banking Global Product team responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for the overall product portfolio.[Role] Identify most critical use cases and opportunities in prioritized markets in alignment with strategy Collaborate with regional leads, product and business owners across opportunity, development, commercialization phases Drive the localization and deployment of Mastercard open banking solutions and services in key markets Conduct and oversee research to leverage market insights, and best practices Develop business case based on market research and opportunity analysis Embrace the complexity of the Open Banking ecosystem and act as an ambassador to help simplify and solve problems commonly faced across consumers and businesses Collaborate with all the areas at Mastercard where Open Banking can further support their strategies Monitor the competitive landscape: traditional, non-traditional and new competitors Understand regulation impacting our business and adjust strategies and go-to-market activities accordingly[All About You] Bachelor's degree in business or technology related field. Advanced degree preferred Experience in product management with proven success in creating and executing successful product strategies Sound business judgment and creative, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with and influence both internal constituents and senior level customer contacts Exhibits tenacity, encourages healthy debate and challenges conventional thinking Ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering successCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we're all in this together.
