ConversionsOverview: The North America Customer Delivery Team is
looking for a Director, US Product Delivery to partner with
internal stakeholders (Account Teams, Product, Technology, etc.)
and Issuing customers to lead successful conversions (i.e.,
reissuance) into Mastercard Core products (Debit, Credit, Prepaid,
Small Business). The ideal candidate is passionate about driving
Mastercard success in the Region, is organized, highly motivated,
analytical, and possesses superior communications skills. Role:
Lead delivery efforts for Mastercard Core Product conversions
within the U.S. market with Issuers. Maintain extensive working
knowledge of Core products to effectively consult with customers
regarding successful conversions strategies and best practices
(integrating Mastercard, customer, and third parties). Manage the
successful completion of conversion delivery projects for Core
products in the U.S. market to ensure the region can meet or exceed
volume and revenue objectives while delivering a differentiated
customer experience and optimizing resource utilization. Manage all
projects to success metrics established with the customer and
ensure application of Product Delivery best practices &
methodology. Establish and maintain effective working relationships
with partner organizations (Product, TAM, Franchise, customers,
third parties) as U.S. Product Delivery leads successful delivery
of products. Provide delivery subject matter expertise in the sales
process to represent the differentiation that USPD brings as
compared to our competitors and to understand client requirements.
Measure customer satisfaction with USPD function through the
regular administration of Post Implementation Reviews, conveying
opportunities for improvement throughout the organization to the
accountable parties. All About You: You have experience in
financial services, financial institutions, processors or
regional/national networks. You have the ability to translate
Mastercard and customer's strategic objectives into actionable
deployment strategies and execute against same. You are skilled at
explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly. You have
proven project management, problem solving and planning skills with
a demonstrated record of success managing multiple projects with
external and internal clients simultaneously. Process Improvement
experience and/or project management certification, a plus. You
possess the ability to build and maintain strong, positive working
relationships. You look at everything through the eyes of your
customer. You are always looking for potential solutions to solve
problems. You have excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Proven skills managing a highly successful team a
