Job TitleManager, Global BenefitsOverview: Global Loyalty Solutions manages a wide range of Mastercard loyalty assets including the design, implementation and operations of cardholder loyalty programs. Our team is responsible for delivering card benefits and insurance services. These loyalty solutions enable Issuers to reward, protect and assist cardholders driving overall card usage, retention and brand preference. This is an exciting role in the Mastercard Global Loyalty Solutions organization. The Manager, Card Benefits Global will support global and regional product initiatives including connectivity, to develop, deploy and scale new value propositions and partnerships deliverying a differentiated card value proposition.The Role* Manage day to day partnership with external providers and ensure that contractual obligations are being met, coordinate quarterly business reviews* Work closely with regional and cross functional counterparts to ensure overall alignment on product priorities and objectives * Ensure that benefit is properly set up on internal platforms and that it is delivered as expected* Drive execution roadmap, ensure that deliverables are on track and on budget* Own cardholder experience, ensure that customers can seamlessly enroll and use benefits, address customer pain points with external partner and internal stakeholders* Ensure all marketing and sales materials are up to date and accessible to appropriate teams* Develop subject matter expertise on benefits and syndicate learnings creating best practices sharing across the globeAbout You* The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3+ years of experience in product management, partnerships development or product development* Financial acumen, ability to develop commercialization models that successfully scale benefit across segments and portfolios * Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to many audiences, * Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and cross-functional team building skills* Bachelor's degree required* Competency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PPT, VisioCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we're all in this together.
