detail-oriented Program Manager to partner with our VP, Digital
Talent Operations on managing the COE's integrated roadmap,
prioritization and go-to-market plans, as well as future releases
of Unlocked, our platform for internal talent management. This is a

will: Plan and manage multiple initiatives, projects or activities
in a coordinated way from inception through successful delivery
Complete milestones and scale mechanisms to provide clarity and
achieve desired outcomes with dependent teams Cultivate a deep
understanding of the business domain and objectives in order to
shape successful execution plans, and the business and technical
requirements for the initiatives that you are managing Have
relentless focus on our people, as we drive solutions and positive
impact Work across multiple teams (across programs,
business/engineering teams, and/or technologies) to drive strategic
alignment and partnership against complex objectives Align
dependent organizations to accomplish objectives Work directly with
internal and external Mastercard technology providers Work with
limited guidance, seeking guidance as needed - the program outcomes
are defined but the execution plan is not Understand the needs of
key players: our People Business Partners, Talent Learning
Consultants, People Leaders and Team Members, creating long term
solutions for multiple user groups and stakeholders (employees and
people leaders) Recognize complexity within the program and propose
simplified solutions Help stakeholders and users make trade-off
decisions by considering all of the data including business goals,
technical platform strategy, user experience and maintainability
through relentless focus on our employees Identify, assess, track
and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels Write
documentation as required Define and adhere to program budget
Accurately report progress, status anticipate bottlenecks, provide
escalation management, identify, assess, track and mitigate
issues/risks at multiple levels Work across teams to measurably
improve, streamline, and/or eliminate excess processes into simple
straight forward solutions Regularly define and review key success
metrics for data-focused tracking and proactively seek out new and
improved mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays

experience creating, reviewing, updating, collecting and analyzing
the processes, procedures and metrics necessary to evaluate,
simplify, and measure positive outcomes within and across the
domain supported by the program Extensive experience developing and
nurturing relationships, serving as the main point of contact
between internal (and potentially external) stakeholders, while
influencing behaviors and negotiating towards constructive and
satisfactory outcomes for the program and stakeholders Extensive
experience creating communications, training materials, playbooks
similar artifacts necessary for effective operations of your
program - even conducting training Demonstrated experience applying
/ advancing knowledge of Mastercard domain specific supported by
the program Eagerness to learn and stay current on industry trends,
associated benchmarks, and best practices within the domain(s)
supported by the program apply towards your own work Desired
skills: experience with process mapping and design thinking
software, experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments
