Job TitleLead Project Manager, Payment ResiliencyOverview The Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team delivers technology, products, and services that facilitate seamless, fast, and secure payments across the network and the internet of things. These solutions leverage the latest technology, a vast array of data resources, and artificial intelligence to provide services that benefit the entire payments ecosystem. Within C&I, the Transaction Resilience & Enrichment (TRE) team delivers solutions for authorization decisioning and transaction enrichment that increases approvals, drives customer profitability and efficiency, and ensures the continuity of payments. The Lead Project Manager, Payment Resiliency, will manage the execution of our Payment Resiliency strategy which includes developing and launching five new resiliency services globally. Accordingly, this position requires a highly collaborative individual with strong process and project management skills who will coordinate relationships across multiple functional areas (Product, Finance, Regions, Legal, Franchise, Engineering) and geographies. Role Project manage and provide oversight for multiple complex, cross functional projects and initiatives. Work closely with project team members to develop, plan, and execute project activities to ensure timelycompletion of project deadlines and milestones. Coordinate the day-to-day progression of projects through on-going communication, relationship development, and teamwork - focusing on collaboration and priorities. Ensure timely and accurate communication across a broad stakeholder audience throughout the life cycle of the project, including regular communication with senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables. Identify and monitor project roadblocks and risks, ensuring all concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Measure progress and performance using appropriate project management tools to include dashboard reporting and metrics. Provide input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business. Effectively deal with difficult situations. Help develop solutions to complex problems. All About You Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. PMP certification preferred. Broad knowledge of Mastercard and the payments industry preferred. Experience with structured methodology and project planning tools. Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of strategy, planning, and project management processes and techniques. Significant experience in large-scale, cross functional initiatives. Self-motivated with a track record of delivering results; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. Ability to interact effectively at all levels and influence internal business partners. Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills required.
