and SolutionsJob Description Summary:The Executive Vice President,
Analytic solutions and tools, is responsible for overseeing a suite
of analytic products and solutions and also for the management of
the full P&L. There are currently two large program areas that
fall under the responsibility of the role - they are the Test &
Learn product suite that was brought to Mastercard through the
acquisition of Applied Predictive Technology (APT), and the second
area is our analytics products including media / audiences,
portfolio optimizer, all of our models and analytics solutions, as
well as our custom analytics offering. The team is responsible for
developing new analytic products and solutions and growing /
scaling the business.Overview of Accountabilities: The position
will report to the Executive Vice President of Insights &
Analytics. The responsibilities will be focused on driving the
growth of the business, shaping product direction, and setting the
business strategy / direction. The Role:o Full P&L ownership
across both product areaso Set the vision, direction and strategy
and garner organizational alignment / supporto Close collaboration
within D&S across technology, sales, client services and
Mastercard, to drive tangible outcomeso Delivering effective
product road maps and the product innovation agenda both
organically, through partnerships and acqusitionso Ensuring
successful sales of the product in close partnership with
Mastercard's Business Development teamso Ensuring flawless delivery
of the product and maintaining the highest standards of quality in
our customer relationships in close partnership with the Advisors
Client Services teamo Identifying opportunities for Test & Learn,
analytics to support broader Mastercard strategic priorities and
growthAll About You: * Ability to lead a large cross functional
team and execute against ambitious and high growth revenue targets
* Strong ability to lead and influence across all levels within a
complex environment with sound judgment and ability to challenge
when appropriate* Accountability and responsibility for delivering
top and bottom-line success for the product* Demonstrated exemplary
analytical knowledge and skills, with the ability to articulate
outcomes, solutions, and strategies from the data* Strong written,
presentation, and verbal communications skills* Success designing
complex strategic initiatives, influencing and managing the
strategy design and advancement Credibility with all levels of
staff (up to and including senior executives) is crucial* Ability
