With connections across more than 210 countries andterritories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities forall.OverviewThe Client Success team is looking for a Strategic Client Success Manager (CSM) toact as the daily liaison between Mastercard and our strategic clients and partners, ensuring their success and complete satisfaction with our products and services. As a key member of a rapidly growing Client Success organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our client base helping to grow the existing business. This will be achieved by working closely with each client emphasizing a strong client connection, providing valuable insights and giving personal account support. You will work with some the largest financial companies in theworld who are actively embracing the digitization of financial data.RoleIn this client-facing position, you will:Become knowledgeable of Mastercard solutions and service offerings, including businesssolutions and implementation methodologiesManage client relationships and become the trusted advisorWork with and support Strategic Sales through upsell opportunitiesWork to ensure customer satisfaction with Mastercard products and services byanticipating client needs and understanding the overall vision of their companyCollaborate cross-functionally within Mastercard to provide outstanding client supportAdvocate for the needs of clients to leaders in different departmentsUnderstand clients' business challenges and industry trends and consult on howMastercard can help them achieve their objectivesEstablish success plans that clarify client goals and enable them to measure theirAll About YouThe ideal candidate for this position should have:Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicateand negotiate with internal and external customersExcellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with C-level businessexecutivesService driven with a desire to see clients succeedStrategic mindset and ability to understand client and industry objectivesExcellent problem-solving techniques and issue management skillsGreat verbal and written skillsProactive and highly organizedSelf-driven, motivated and results orientedA intermediate or advanced (preferred) level of client management experience (mortgage experience a plus)Corporate Security ResponsibilityEvery person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for informationsecurity.
