Job DescriptionStep into an instrumental role within a growing, client focused private wealth advisory practice.This role supports all aspects of the client relationship through direct interaction with clients and the Ameriprise home office as well through leveraging our technology systems.You will need to be able to work together with a team towards the goal of providing an exceptional client experience and client care model.Flagship Wealth Planning is a franchise of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. We are located in a grade A building with ample parking in Jericho, New York.This is a full time in office position with the flexibility to work from home on occasion as needed.Compensation package consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus opportunity, paid vacation and sick time as well as a retirement plan with match.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may change over time to meet the needs of the practicePosition Functions:50%-Client Care

  • Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients as it relates to servicing their accounts.
  • Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings. Attend and participate in client meetings if necessary.
  • Keep client's financial plans up to date
  • Process allowable transactions for clients
  • Manage and resolve client service issues50%-Business Management
    • Work with home office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues
    • Maintain social media platforms
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the financial advisors of the practice
    • Act as a back up to other staff
    • Manage various business as usual and ad hoc projects for the practiceKey Traits of a Successful Client Relationship Manager

      • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and growRequired Qualifications
        • College degree or higher
        • 2+ years of experience in financial services or healthcare
