Ecosystem Partner Experiential Marketing leads a team of marketers
focused on supporting the experiential marketing activities across
EYs ecosystem and key global alliances. This role will be
responsible for marquee events promoting FYs brand and message to
customers, prospects, and influencers. The role has budget
responsibility across multiple global events and will work closely
with the ecosystem partner marketing teams to align to the business
goals of each alliance as well as the Global Director of Strategic
Events and Experiences.The role requires an experienced marketer
who can translate EYs Global Partner Ecosystem business priorities
and trends into dynamic experiential marketing strategies and
programs. The position requires a resilient and innovative leader
with an outstanding ability to influence and build collaborative
relationships across BMC teams, key stakeholders across the
business, service lines, fields of play, and sectors.Essential
Functions of the Job:
- Lead the creation of scalable experiential marketing programs
that drive brand awareness and demand generation, aligned to Global
Alliances priorities and growth strategy
- Set the vision for compelling brand moments, event presence and
program experiences
- Bring innovation and best-in-class marketing practices to
Global Ecosystem Partner marketing teams
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across EY
- Maintain and manage strong shared resources relationships with
the extended experience team to execute the program(s): outside
agencies, internal creative teams, meetings, and events, etc.
- Manage speaker support, scripting, rehearsals, and production
support as required
- Develop a consistent immersive brand experience throughout all
aspects of the program, including venue branding, scripting,
videography, and other onsite content, staging and design.
- Partner with the public relations, analyst relations and social
media teams to amplify the programs
- Collaborate with the larger team to drive pre and post program
communications and nurture streams
- Support the creative ideation process and program strategy with
client(s) and engage the right team of internal and external
agencies to execute on the plan/brief
- Support strategic initiatives that enable strong Alliance
relationships that supports EY revenue growth
- Oversee some BMC financial management operations, ensuring
compliance with EY planning, quality, and risk management
processes
- Play an instrumental role in building and supporting the
broader Global BMC alliances team and the Global Strategic Events &
Experiences teamKnowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements:
- 12-15 years of related work experience
- Sense of humour and can-do attitude
- Expertise in developing and executing best-in-class
experiential marketing competencies
- Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Executive presence and strong relationship management
skills
- A startup mentality with a bias toward action and the ability
to flex in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence and manage senior level stakeholders
effectively, build consensus in a dynamic environment, gain support

and BMCs matrix organization to access, inform and engage the right
people at the right time
- Demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities concerning global

cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities

- Knowledge and experience with A/V, and online event platforms
and tools (web/mobile) for digital, live-streamed, and in-person
events

area of study or experience)
- Masters degree a plusExperience Requirements:

job in most geographic locations in the US is $000 to $000. The
salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and
California (excluding Sacramento) is $000 to $000. Individual
salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety
of factors including but not limited to education, experience,
knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards
