*** s Early Talent team is a collaborative, talented team of HR
professionals driving functional excellence in the attraction,
engagement, and hiring of early career talent across our diverse
businesses. As the Senior Representative, Early Talent Acquisition
(TA), University Engagement, Diversity, you will be part of the
University Relations team, with matrixed reporting into the Early
TA, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team. You will be
responsible for providing world-class talent acquisition for intern
and full-time Undergraduate and Graduate roles across *** U.S. HQ,
Foods and Beverages.
We are seeking a Campus Recruiter who will primarily focus on
driving the strategy and execution of our attraction and hiring
activities at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)
and Tier 1 universities. This position will report into the Senior
Manager, Early TA, University Engagement team and partner closely
with the Director, Early TA, DEI at the HBCU s, as the role s remit
has direct impacts on the mission objectives of *** s Racial
Equality Journey (REJ).
Location: Remote, though HQ locations are strongly preferred in;
Purchase, NY; Chicago, IL, and Plano, TX. Must have a passion for
diversity and be willing to travel to universities and HQ locations
up to 50%. Significant travel is expected in the Fall and Spring
recruiting seasons.
Key responsibilities:
" Develop campus strategies to engage and recruit students at
assigned HBCUs and Tier 1 schools by building *** s brand and
presence in partnership with businesses and universities
" Drive full cycle planning on-campus and virtual events including
career fairs, information sessions, mixers, signature activations,
classroom visits, sell days , etc.
" Partner with school Executive Sponsors on key initiatives and
mobilize the business to drive the right presence and engagement
activities at assigned schools, and ensure the achievement of
hiring goals
" Be the key point of contact with school based stakeholders
including Career Services, Administration, and faculty to identify
sourcing strategies and activities; build lasting relationships
with each university to drive long term impact
" Maintain contact with students to ensure excellent candidate
experience; partner with Early TA, DEI to prepare incoming the HBCU
students for the summer internship program
" Align closely with Early TA, DEI pillar to align on strategy;
coordinate activities and drive amplified hiring yields from
candidate talent pools
" Manage end-to-end assessment process for candidates including
interviewer training, scheduling interviews and deploying
supporting assessment tools
" Stay informed about marketplace recruiting trends and techniques
for HBCUs
" Track and analyze key performance metrics to further inform
strategy; share progress with business reps, Early TA DEI pillar
and other internal stakeholders
" Travel throughout the year to campuses and related events (up to
50%). Significant travel is expected in the Fall and Spring
recruiting season.
" Participate in 1-2 additional Early TA workstreams
Basic Qualifications:
" A minimum of 2+ years of prior work experience with a minimum of
1-2 years of campus recruitment experience within the past 5
years
" Passion for hiring diverse talent including background sourcing
from Historically Black Colleges and Universities
" Demonstrated client service background managing multiple
clients
" Experience managing high volume recruitment in a global, complex
organization/matrix environment
" The ability to leverage data analytics and insights to guide
decision making
" Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications:
" Executive presence with clear examples of demonstrating strategic
influence leading to specific solutions
" Strong project management skills
" Solid understanding of the business, external market, and
competitive landscape for HBCU and university based recruiting
" Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work through
undefined situations
" Strong collaborator who is a team player and can partner with a
variety of functions and levels across the organization
" Excellent oral and written communication skills
" Experience as an HBCU student/graduate
