Job Description:

PCH Media is hiring a Chief Product Officer to define and cement our product vision, GTM roadmap and supporting strategy, to ensure our strategic scaling efforts are successful. The CPO will be tasked with our overarching product strategy and subsequent implementation, all the while auditing and iterating our current suite of products. Reporting directly into the President of Media, the ideal candidate will have a true passion for growing and managing ad products and oversee a newly developed function.
What you'll work on:



  • Shape vision, strategy, and product roadmaps for existing product solutions across Programmatic, Data, Audiences, Email and Insights businesses


  • Own, define, defend, iterate and communicate the next generation of products built on the existing data assets of PCH: 54M+ authenticated first party data records, sweepstakes, e-commerce.


  • Implement product processes across the organization to maintain product documentation, competitive intelligence and go to market positioning.


  • Assist the Media division in moving from a partner focused revenue model to a direct sold and owned revenue model.


  • Build product design architecture to allow for real time testing of new ideas and quickly implement those into our product suite.


  • Engaging functional leader peers in a regular strategic dialogue to ensure alignment on direction and make necessary roadmap adjustments


  • Scale PM team/function: hire, coach and mentor (i.e. develop) PM/Design team


  • Create measurable KPIs that include data-driven inputs and outputs that will help serve expected growth and customer retainment


  • Supporting M&A of new products when necessary, in order to attain product vision


    About you:


    • Recognized and established industry thought leader equally comfortable leading client roundtables, representing PCH on stage at industry events and whiteboarding the tech stack of the future with our engineering teams.


    • 15+ years of hands-on product management experience, building and scaling product teams at digital media and/or data platforms with annual revenue in excess of $300M.


    • Strong tech and programmatic acumen- experience working with SSPs, DSP driven demand, monitoring tools, yield and floor testing, and ad load optimization


    • Proven ability to build diverse teams where opinions are shared, debated and progress is made in a collaborative, positive and equitable way.


    • Effectively influence, partner, and communicate cross-functionally with various to set and deliver on product vision.


    • Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex products into easily digestible info.


    • Experience in a turnaround environment having maximized the value of underutilized assets


    • Truly strategic thinker with a tactical delivery-AKA you can get it done!


    • Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights and drive decisions


    • Experience building out multiple products and successfully aligning new product suite to the existing core products


    • Experience in M&A lead growth, decision-making and integration is a plus

        The salary range for this position is $200,000- $375,000 per year. The salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified. When determining exact compensation, several factors may be considered (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, skills, and budget)
