Together, let's empower people everywhere to live their healthiest lives.The OpportunityAs VP, Chronic Care Management (CCM) Business Success, you will develop and execute on a plan that aligns to CCM Business Strategy to grow the CCM business, in collaboration with various functional teams and stakeholders that are responsible for revenue and bookings. You will be the cross-functional glue to ensure that field facing teams have the appropriate tools, resources, and voice to address issues and blockers that are inhibiting bookings and revenue growth for CCM product line across Teladoc Health Enterprise.Responsibilities

  • Partner with different business unit teams to support the success of CCM business.
  • Ensure alignment of Product Expansion partnerships to business strategy by collaborating with Corporate Business Development and Various BU level Partnership teams.
  • Work closely with the CCM GM to execute on the growth priorities for CCM across TDH with commercial, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
  • Develop deep understanding of the CCM book and drive forward strategies that enable CCM growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally to prioritize white space opportunities for revenue and bookings.
  • Work with sales leaders to ensure that CCM pipeline can support the Bookings goals.
  • Coordinate with the Client Management success team to ensure that the CCM clients are getting the value that they look for with the program.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that client needs for marketing, optimal member enrollment, and overall awareness of CCM are met.
  • Track member funnel performance to identify areas of optimization.
  • Work closely with Client Implementation teams to ensure that committed projects are delivered on time.
  • Work with Clinical, and Data Science teams to ensure that outcomes are properly tracked and reported back to clients in a way that showcases value.
  • Partner on initiatives to improve and maintain high degree of member engagement for CCM products with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams.
  • Receive Voice of Market/Client from Commercial teams and funnel into business strategy and marketing, product, clinical plans.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams on GTM initiatives for CCM business.Candidate Profile
    • 10+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams for business growth in Chronic Care Management
    • Ability to recognize sales opportunities and partner with Sales, Client Management, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Clinical teams teams to maximize growth opportunities
    • History of partnering with Client Implementation teams to deliver at scale
    • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire vision and drive revenueThe base salary range for this position is $195,000.00 - $225,000.00. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
