That is why clients that have worked with PCS in the past return to us for their future projects.Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, specifically in underground, utility, civil, excavation, excavating, and site work. This is a permanent position and requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management.Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Oversee and coordinate all activities related to underground, utility, civil, excavation, excavating, and site work
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors and vendors
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholdersQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in underground, utility, civil, excavation, excavating, and site work
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
