Your skills as a Project Manager can contribute to Montefiore's collaboration among operations, IT, and government regulatory agencies. Your efforts will support our organization's effective delivery of health care services and improve health outcomes for the communities we serve. -Montefiore created a Project Manager position to oversee healthcare compliance programs to align our efforts with government mandates, with an initial focus on fulfilling obligations related to a three-year regulatory enforcement action. -The role involves analyzing statistical data and reports to identify possible compliance issues so we can address them appropriately. The Project Manager will also monitor progress towards achieving broader goals and objectives of the Privacy team. This role is visible to leadership across our organization and is a tremendous opportunity for the right individual to demonstrate their skills and potential. -The Project Manager will work collaboratively with the Privacy team, Compliance Department, IT Security Department, and other individuals and departments across the health system. Knowing how to work with people at all levels, from individual contributors to executive leadership, is a huge asset in this role. -The initial work focuses on government-mandated compliance programs.
