Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Pediatrics


SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Minimum of 3 Days per Week


OFFICE HOURS:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday, limited hours
- Sunday/Holidays, closed


COMPENSATION:
- Sign-On Bonus ($6,000 to $3,000 depending on credentials; paid out at 90 and 180 days)

COMPANY PROFILE:
For more than 30 years, this multi-specialty group practice has been providing services to the local community. Their clinical offerings include internal medicine/family practice, cardiology, gastroenterology, podiatry, urology, pediatrics, and more. They have a large staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, who are supported by a team of healthcare professionals. They are currently hiring due to growth.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Serve as a pediatric provider, working in an outpatient setting.

All patient visits are prepped and supported by a clinical assistant.

A variable number of patients per day are seen, based upon provider preference and patient needs.

This role is standard, outpatient pediatric primary care. Clinical duties include evaluation and management, as well as any procedures the provider is comfortable with and able to perform.

The practice relies heavily on technology and uses the Epic EHR.

There are no on-call responsibilities.


REQUIREMENTS:
- New York NP or PA license
- DEA
- 6+ months of advanced practice pediatric experience; 1+ year preferred
- outpatient experience strongly preferred
