Job Description:

A health services network in New York City is actively seeking a new, licensed Psychologist for a promising opportunity with their growing team in the Bronx. In this role, the Psychologist will be responsible for working closely with staff involved in the Resiliency Initiative program by providing individual and group counseling for patients experiencing depression, anxiety, or trauma. Responsibilities: The Psychologist will: Provide direct clinical care, including individual, group, couple and family therapeutic interventions for patients of all ages served Work closely with staff in the Resiliency Initiative to develop new programming promoting infant mental health Provide consultation for staff in managing individual patients Participate in prenatal/pediatric clinical care as deemed appropriate Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Valid NYS license: PhD or PsyD or limited permit Completion of an APA accredited internship / fellowship in professional Psychology Basic Life Support certification Experience and/or interest in Infant Mental Health Solid assessment and documentation skills Patient oriented Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: 1+ year of Clinical experience Bilingual (English and Spanish)
