Bronx, NY - FNP or P/A - See All Ages - $120K-$140K + benefits
*FQHC - not for profit - providing integrated health care to
underserved patients
*Primary care - see all ages - well care, sick visits + maintenance
of chronic conditions
*2 + year experience required
*Monday - Friday schedule
*See 15 patients per day
*Bronx location - Join a NY area team of 3 MD's and 3 NP's
*Work independently in Bronx location as sole provider in clinic w
MA and reception team
*Full Benefits + CME (5 days w/$1000/yr)
*4 weeks Vacation, 12 Personal Days + 12 Holidays, 403B w 4% match
after 1 yr
*$120K - $140K + Benefits
