Job Description:

Our health center has anopportunity for a full time Family Medicine Physician with two to four years'experience. The Physician will diagnosis and treat patients in their specialtyarea, collaboration and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician'sassistants. The Physician will participate in planning and developing healthcare services in their specialties, treatment of conditions and illnesseswithin the scope of the physician's specialty, referral and follow-up ofpatients when indicated.

  • Doctorate degree (PhD, M.D, D.O)
  • Current License and Registration to practice inNew York State.
  • Board Certified or eligible in Family or InternalMedicine
