Job Description:
CompHealth is assisting a geriatric unit in New York with their
search for a staff psychiatrist. This position will be responsible
for clinical care and educational activities on a geriatric unit,
including participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team. The
incoming physician will participate in activities related to
clinical care and documentation of care, performance improvement,
regulatory compliance, and student education. The schedule is
Monday through Friday with no call responsibilities. Candidates can
be board certified or board eligible. If you are board eligible,
you must be within 5 years of completing your training and a
geriatric fellowship is not needed. Final year residents and
fellows are welcome to apply, and H-1B visas can be supported. In
addition to a competitive compensation, you will also be offered a
