As a Joint Commissionaccredited leader in healthcare staffing, we ensure trust and peace of mind for both our clinicians and partner facilities.*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care during the post-operative recovery phase.*Responsibilities** Monitor and care for post-anesthesia patients in the immediate postoperative period* Assess patients conditions, including vital signs, level of consciousness, and pain management needs* Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions* Provide IV therapy and perform phlebotomy* Deliver conscious sedation as needed for minor procedures* Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff* Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner* Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and postoperative care*Qualifications** Valid RN license* Experience in PACU, OR, or critical care setting preferred* Proficiency in airway management and catheterization* Knowledge of internal medicine and dementia care* Ability to dialyze patients when necessary* Familiarity with MDS documentation and health coaching* Competency in clinic procedures and vital sign monitoring* Strong communication and interpersonal skills*Requirements: ** RN License of NY State* AHA - BLS, ACLS* Covid Card* Recent 2 years of Acute PACU experience*Application Process:*Please submit your resume to harshit.sharma@medcadre.com or Call 949-404-4671.
