Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in providing comprehensive
rehabilitation therapy services, is seeking a compassionate and
skilled Physical Therapist Assistant Floater to join our team. In
this role, you will travel between assigned facilities to deliver
high-quality care and physical therapy services. Our ideal
candidate thrives in diverse settings and is dedicated to
facilitating the recovery and skills enhancement of our patients.
Provide direct physical therapy services as prescribed by a
physical therapist. Assist patients in performing specific
exercises as part of the plan of care. Travel to various healthcare
facilities within the designated area to provide consistent
rehabilitation services. Educate and guide patients on techniques
to improve mobility and quality of life. Document patient progress
and therapy outcomes to ensure comprehensive record keeping.
Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other
healthcare team members to provide coordinated care. Maintain
cleanliness and order of treatment areas and equipment. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to
changing environments and patient needs. Proficiency in
documentation software and patient management systems. Knowledge of
physical therapy principles and practices. Excellent time
management and organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license as a Physical
Therapist Assistant. CPR certification.
