Job Description:
Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist
to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team, providing
comprehensive radiation oncology services at our Bridgeport and
Fairfield locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with
advanced technology and a collaborative team committed to clinical

candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering
high-quality, patient-centered care, advancing clinical innovation,

oncology services across the region. We are seeking a physician
with a clinical interest or desire to specialize in
gastrointestinal (GI) and lung cancers. Provide direct patient care
in radiation oncology across both Bridgeport and Fairfield
campuses. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team,
including medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation therapists,
physicists, and nurses to develop and implement individualized
treatment plans. Oversee simulation, contouring, treatment
planning, and on-treatment management in accordance with
institutional and national standards. Lead adaptive planning and
daily re-optimization using Varian Ethos technology to enhance
treatment precision and outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary
tumor boards and case conferences. Contribute to departmental
quality assurance, safety initiatives, and process improvement
activities. Engage in education, mentorship, and potential clinical
research. Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality
standards. Practice Locations and Technology: Bridgeport: Equipped

treatments including IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SRS, and SBRT. Fairfield:
