looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing
clinic! Established for 2 years , our clinic is dedicated to
providing high-quality, one-on-one care to adults and geriatric
patients with a range of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and
vestibular needs. If you're eager to be part of a supportive team

opportunity for you. About the Clinic: Clinic Owner is a licensed
Physical Therapist with hands-on involvement in patient care and
team development. Currently, we have 3 PTs, one of whom works
part-time, and we're looking for an additional team member to
ensure we continue delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Specialties include: Orthopedics, Neurology, Balance, and
Vestibular Rehabilitation. Age Range: Adults to Geriatrics. What We
Offer: Competitive compensation up to $90,000 based on experience.
Full-time hours Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM . Health
insurance stipend of $300/month . External Continuing Education
stipend of $800/year to support your growth. Unlimited in-house
continuing education to enhance your skills. 2 weeks of PTO and 6
paid holidays . 401(k) option coming soon. Sales commission
opportunities available to further reward your hard work. Hands-on
mentorship from the clinic owner and a collaborative work
environment. Position Overview: Provide individualized patient care
with a focus on quality and positive outcomes. One-on-one treatment
in 40-minute blocks , with 60-minute evaluations . Flexible start
date —we're ready for you to join the team as soon as you're
available. New grads welcome —mentorship and professional growth
opportunities provided. Utilize Prompt EMR and AI Note Taking for
efficient documentation and care tracking. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop customized treatment
plans based on each patient's needs. Deliver evidence-based
interventions in orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular
rehabilitation . Work closely with the clinic owner and other staff
to maintain a patient-centered environment while managing caseload.
Take part in hands-on mentorship and participate in unlimited
continuing education to advance your clinical skills. Engage in
team-based learning and development while fostering a culture of
excellence in care. Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy
(DPT) degree from an accredited program. Licensed or eligible to
practice as a Physical Therapist in the state. Open to new
graduates —mentorship and guidance will be provided. Ability to
work both independently and collaboratively within a small,
close-knit team. A passion for providing personalized care and
